I have a automatic delivery plan with Slomins and I called a few days ago to request a delivery because my tank is only a quarter full. Being worried with the current storm I called again today and the man who answered was somewhat rude and said " I don't know what to tell you".
All I was asking was for some kind of assurance that my concern was being heard. I am now seeking a delivery from anywhere and considering terminating my contract. It would be nice to know that this complaint has been reviewed.
