1/6/18 10:08 am Woke this FREEZING COLD MORNING with no heat hot water. Called Slomin's for service.

In Dec. I had to call for an emergency delivery (had less than a 1/4 tank) bc they were over 8 days late and they still wanted me to wait a week for delivery bc they hadn't put their drivers on the road yet (inside info.) Hadnt had a del. since June. They come when your empty and dump $500+ in tank.

Been w them few yrs. and have a Contract. Wait time is 24-48 hrs. Ok you're busy I get it, but come on!

My pipes will freeze. She also informed me that the peeps that are on hold or have a balance would need to pay basically before they come to them. You believe!? I've none of that but it's deplorable in these conditions to say that to people and let them freeze in their house!

You DON'T tell customers with NO heat to pay up or we won't come fix!

Btw, it's TUESDAY 8:17am and still no sign of them! The techs are very nice it's not their fault, but apparently they don't hire enuff!
