Slomins - My video camera
my video security camera was installed 3 wks ago and it stopped recording a week. I contacted customer service and had to wait another week because that was the earliest.
repairman arrived and he couldnt camera to work. he informed me that i needed a SN number which i wasnt given at installation.
i contacted customer service for additional assistance and once again i had to wait another week.
i think an instructional booklet should be issued, we senior citizens need the additional help with security camera and how it works,.
Tomorrow 5/16/18 a second repairman is schedule to arrive and lets hope he can adjust the camera, explain that each username should hv their own password etc. i'll followup with you , Peace out
